Build requirements

For the build requirements you will need to forma the aura polarity from Madurai (V) to Naramon(Dash) for Corrosive Projection - however you can choose to go for Growing Power instead.

You will also need to add two Vazarin (D) polarities, 1 V polarity and 1 Dash polarity.

If you want to fit Power Drift you will need an Umbral Forma and possibly another forma for the exilus slot depending on your other mod ranks.

Arcane Grace is not necessary, but is good to have if you can afford it.

Usage

The main usage for this build is in long survival missions but you can comfortably take it into any other mission. You want to change your element to ice which will be the best performing element for this build. If you have a kitgun with Pax Bolt or if you're running Growing Power then make sure that they proc before you cast Vex Armor - you can proc these before casting Elemental Ward as well but I find you are tanky enough to not worry about it and it is a bit tedious to keep track of. If you have the boost at the point you cast Vex Armor then you will keep the boosted stats whenever you recast it.

When running an endless fissure mission like Mot survival make sure to take advantage of the corruption bonus when it applies to your warframe as this will double your strength bonus giving you extremely high stats on vex armor that you can keep for the rest of the mission.

Variation

You can swap Arcane Grace for any other arcanes but I find that grace is the best overall. You can also drop Adaptation/Rage/Quick Thinking for other strength mods if you prefer that but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are hunting eidolons since Chroma has enough damage.

Counters

The biggest counter to this build is Nullifier bubbles which will strip all of your bonuses from Vex Armor. With the weapons I'm using this only happens if I walk into them or they jump on top of me since my melee weapon has high enough range to destroy them safely. For the most part it isn't a big deal but at the higher levels you are squishy enough to be killed without Vex and it might be difficult to proc Pax Bolt. The worst thing that can happen is you lose your corrupted bonus if you aren't paying attention and then need to keep hoping you get it back whenever you open a relic.
