When on a fleshy corpse with the Broken Scepter equipped, it can be interacted with to spawn a health orb. This is suboptimal due to the former method being passive, and half the time the scepter doesn't provide an interact prompt.

The Sentinel does not have to be carrier, and its weapon doesn't really matter. The important mods are Synth Deconstruct to spawn health orbs, and Synth Fiber so you can consume health orbs without a health deficit, making getting health conversion stacks easy.

Usage

Once Rhino has 3 health conversion stacks and an ironclad charge boosted iron skin, that will be that. With Zenurik, Roar with 100% uptime is energy positive. Once Iron Skin falls low enough, find some enemies to activate ironclad charge, go to where there aren't any enemies in line of sight, then recast iron skin. An additional thing to consider is that Roar makes gas procs scale cubicly, as in the Roar bonus applies thrice to the damage over time.

Variation

Growing Power can be the aura. The arcanes don't really matter, as the good "activated when taking damage" arcanes don't work with iron skin. Streamline can be switched with anything, such as stretch or intensify. The exilus can theoretically be anything. All the other mods on Rhino are too important to swap out.

Counters

Don't walk into nullifier bubbles, don't fall into pits, and Null Comba auras are yellow. Other than that, doing due diligence will make this build immortal.
