Disclaimer: This build requires Nekros Prime, it can't be used with vanilla Nekros as max negative efficiency means vanilla Nekros doesn't have enough energy capacity. This build utilizes the maximum damage reduction of the

The main use case of this build is level 60+ situations that call for the use of desecrate, namely kuva survival and solo Toroid farming. Desecrate should have 100% uptime, and once 7 shadows are summoned, they have to be refreshed every 30-45 seconds. As the enemies scale up in level, eventually they should be cycled by letting them die while Nekros is in a safe location. Nekros should have some supplementary healing method as max negative efficiency despoil doesn't do his health any favors. Life strike, Magus Elevate, and arcane Pulse are all sufficient. Desecrate isn't max range, so Nekros can't go too far away from enemies.

The arcanes can be whatever. The aura isn't that important. Health Conversion can be substituted with arcane Guardian then replaced with adaptation, or any other stat boosting mod like streamline, augur reach, or flow. All the other mod slots are too central to the build to replace.

Nullifier and Nul comba bubbles will kill the shadows, but most corpus are ranged anyway. Getting nullified yourself will turn desecrate off, so you have to refresh it.

Fantastic build. Very well explained, especially the variations.

A good all round build for Nekros that doesn't leave him a sitting duck. Only critique would be that the Enemy Radar should be swapped for Corrosive Projection, Shield Disruption or another aura.
